For the past 5 years my mothers been tellin me that she thinks Im depressed. I remember talkin to counselors and therapist in my early childhood, but not for long. I also recently talked to somone who said I can be suffering from depression and anxiety. I dont wanna be depressed no more but i dont wanna be on meds and get shrinked frequently neither. If anybody has any positive feedback I would greatly appreciate it.

Think of all the positive attributes you have to offer other people. Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself "I like who I'am I have alot to offer others e.g. I'm smart, funny, I'm forgiving,I listen to others and help when I can, I give all of me to those who want an undestanding friend I'am a good friend.
You need to reinforce all these positives and know that your just a capable as anyone. I have been there so I understand your situation. Also remember this that your joy and happiness is in your attitude don't be around negative people find people that will build you up not tear you down. I don't know if you are a Christian but do this also, get a bible and read the Psalms that will lift your spirits and bring you to God. If you ask God into your heart and accept Jesus as your Lord and saviour all the happiness you ever searched for will be given to you. Right now your needing that emptiness in your life and you don't know where to find it, but I guarantee you that if you take the time to read the bible all the answers for your life are in there. I will pray for you because your happiness is Gods concern take all your worries,problems,heartaches whatever is weighing heavy on your heart and give them to God. Just talk to him when your alone and it is quiet tell him everything and talk to him as you would a friend, he's listening and is waiting for you to open your heart and ask him to come into your life. Believe it or not this is a psycological problem of your self esteem. I would suggest you practice positive things in your life that make you happy and focus on them. Also write down your goals in life and focus on getting to them. If you are in school forget the bully's they go away! Put your head up and always carry a smile

Surround yourself with good and positive people. Find something that you like to do. Having a good friend to talk to and to cry to helps. Get rid of any negative people and issues that you have in life. Tell yourself that you are your first priority. You have to love yourself.
