yeah, but the thin is im not really a fan of meat. And i think my metabolism is fast in grinidng all those nutrients...so can anyone give me some recipes of those rich with fiber stuffs. :)

you know healthy stuffs.

easy. couch potato style works for anybody- beer, potato chips and no movement...

seriously though, it really depends on your body build and life style. if you just want to increase calorie intake, then nuts and dried fruit will do that (meat and fat is better, but if you don't like it...)

I always found a moderate amount of excercise helps to whip up extra appetite- just so all the weight you gain doesn't end up as blubber (as is the case in the couch potato method)

Just have lots of snacks thriught the day. It would also help to eat as it gets closer to the time you go to bed. Depending how much you want to gain.

Do you like nuts? they pack a lot of protein and healthy fats. I love them, and certainly gain weight eating them. Try the trail mixes, or mixed nuts, plain almonds, peanuts, etc.
