Nasea with chest pains?

My husband got really sick last night. He thought it was an allergic reaction to something he ate and felt very sick to his stomach. This was occompanied with strong chest pains. This morning he still has the chest pains and could not sleep because of them. Any ideas of what this may be or what caused it. Thanks

Nausea and chest pain are common symptoms of heart attack. Better get him to a doc or ER just to make sure he isn't having one.

Anything. Heartburn to heart attack. Consult a doctor.
