y after working out for some time instade of getting stronger y m i feeling like i`m abit weaker
is there any thing i can do to get back my muscle ?

get a stress test done by a Dr =this may tell why you feel weaker

getting weaker is the first sign of overtraining. you need to give your CNS more time to recover from training. each body part needs 48 hours to recover from exercise.

Your overtraining and probably not eating enough.
