No they do not - and if you think about it, they should not. The AP has been caught spreading misinformation on several occasions and is not telling you the whole story.
A prudent person would ask questions of people who have been there in order to verify that what they are seeing in the news is accurate. Instead you do everything you can to rationalize away the observations of people who have actually been in Iraq (namely the troops).

Like m1a1mike says, ask someone who has been there.
If you went by what the majority of the troops said, you wouldn't even ask a question like this.
You'd just say a prayer for the fallen and their families, and a prayer for those still over there.

Absolutely! This is a war we will never win, regardless of how good the intentions and are soliders are. The US has turned literally the entire Middle East against us-we stand for everything they hate. There will always be someone (from Iraq or the Middle East) that will be willing to die in order to see our soldiers die. In my opinion, the attacks will become more violent, and will continue to do so until we leave. We need to decide if oil is worth killing innocent people over, and I think the Bush administration thinks that oil is worth it-period. This war was never about anything other than oil and control, no matter how much they try to say otherwise. They found no weapons of mass destruction, and they only thing they accomplished was removing Saddam from power.

Nope, I never believe anything from any lieberal news media. As a single news media, they all suck the big one. I read several on the same subject and what they all have in them that are the same, I believe but never any one by it's self.

No. In past wars we lost ten times that number a day! If number of dead drives policy then we should have negotiated our way out of every war.

No. Ambushes will happen - it is normal when we're fighting against terrorists. Just have to catch them. Not easy, but it can be done.
