You would report the cash you received as part of your "gross receipts" on a schedule C. You would then deduct your business expense to come up with your profit (or loss) from the business. This amount is then carried over to the form 1040.

You should have been keeping records of what you received. That's what you show on your schedule C as gross income.

you have to have a w2 to clam anything if you don't have a w2 for that money you can't clam it
