Been talking to a guy off and on for the last 5 months and he hasnt tried anything. And I appreciate the fact that he hasnt pressured me for sex. But at the same time that doesnt mean that I dont want him to touch me at all. He hasnt event tried to kiss me. (Other than a peck ont he cheek) and I dont mean to toot my own horn, but I am a VERY attractive girl and I am told that constantly by both men and women. So I know his attraction to me is not an issue. He makes sexual comments all the time but never acts on them and is a gentlemen as far as his actions. So, everone tell what you think is up with this guy. Can a girl just get a kiss please??? LOL....

I'm sure you're a beautiful girl, but in all honesty that doesn't mean that every guy you meet is going to be attracted to you in that way. It's not always about looks, but personality as well and everybody has their own personal preferences.
He may think you're cool as a friend but isn't ready or doesn't want to cross that line with you, be happy that he isn't misleading you.

Take some initiative. You kiss him.
Why does the guy have to make the first move?
What year are you living in?
Lean in and give him a good night kiss. Maybe he isn't good at kissing or he is out of practice. Maybe he doesn't want you to feel rushed. Whatever you do don't talk about it. That will make it an awkward kiss and you will feel like he only did it because you ask why he wasn't trying.
Just make a move on him. I'd be willing to bet money that he will have no problem following your lead.

Maybe he is waiting for you to make the first move. He could be intimidated by you and doesnt think that you want him to kiss you. Are you way better looking for a girl than he is a guy? Are you both on the same level ? Or why dont you just ask him whats up. Good luck!

Simple, you guys are having an off and on relationship. perhaps the reason he doesn't want to kiss is because he's thinking whether he should really run to first base, because of the aforementioned situation. and since you perceive him as a gentleman, it just makes it all that idealistic that he doesn't want to push things because the relationship is unstable.
If you want him to you kiss you, you might want to be a little more forward with him.

well...maybe he feels like if he does than you'll take it as a way of him pressuring u becuz most of the time a kiss usually leads 2 sumthing else if u noe what i mean and a lot of people take it that way!!! so maybe if u make the first move...he'll take it as u WANT him 2 kiss u so it'll be easier 4 the both of u!

maybe he's intimidated by your good looks? i know that when im w/ a really hot guy, i feel that theres no chance of him being interested in me , even though the signs are there, so maybe its the same thing in your situation....
or he may just want to be your friend? some friendships are quite flirtatious, but never go anywhere... he could also be confused about his orientation maybe, gosh i haven't given you a definite answer im sorry but i hope it works out for you x

Well you said you have been talking to him on and off, are you with him ? if so then hes probably shy and never kissed anyone before he needs you to show him how its done so just make a move on him instead of waiting for him to come to you. If your not with him then maybe its because he doest want you to get freaked out

Did you ever think that maybe he's scared? That maybe, just maybe, he wants you to make the first move on the first kiss. Maybe it's his too. It's completely normal to be nervous for the first kiss. And if it's not you can still be nervous. So try to make the first kiss move. If he backs off, then back off too. Or first just talk to him about it.

He's not interested in you in that way. 5 months, gentlemen or not, he would have atleasted kissed you if he was interested in you. It is more like a friend thing for him, attractive or not.
