There is depletion of ozone layer and in the next few decades there may be a possibility that water may entirely disappear and the earth will no more be called as a blue planet. So my question is, at the time of the next world war will the world be able to use water for the transport of weapons and as a battlefield.

The Earth is NOT in danger of loosing water. It will remain the blue planet for millions more years at least. Stories you may have heard about Earth running out of water are about CLEAN water getting polluted and not an actual loss of water. Ozone depletion cannot cause loss of water, or any other material, to space. The Ozone itself isn't even being lost to space, it is merely being chemically transformed into regular oxygen by chemical processes related to pollution.

Where are you getting your facts ?? They're all wrong. The ozone layer is replenishing itself. If anything, there will be too much water due to the melting polar caps. If you're doing a comic book, you're in graet shape. If you're writing something factual, rethink it.
