Man was made in God's image. Being made in God's image does not mean that man was designed to be flawless. It simply implies that humans were designed to have characteristics of God unlike the animals.

Most biblical scholars believe that being made in God's image refers to having free will. We have the ability to choose between doing one thing or doing another. That is what makes us like God.

What flaws? God made us in His image and He is perfect so there can't be any flaws!

What flaws are you speaking of? Your question is irrelevant and un-answerable without some sort of fact or reference to what you are speaking of.
