Go on the web site for Mabuchi Motors http://www.mabuchi-motor.co.jp/en_US/index.html
and tell them you want to buy a replacement motor. Tell them what it says on the name plate. Connect the new one just like the old motor was.

The green thing is most likely a run capacitor for the motor. If the motor suddenly went out, it could just be a bad capacitor.

What is the motor used for? Look for horse power, voltage, amps. Try taking it to a local Grainer supply. They usually only sell to business, try talking your way around that, sometimes they budge.
