In this fight I put two great skilled fighters who used their defense to not get hit. Even though Pep was 126 I think he could move up to 135 and fought Sweet Peat. Any other inquiries on this question?

THIS BOUT COULD BE GREAT OR BORING. I PICK PEP IN A 15 RD SPLIT DECISION.
WHITAKER COULD TRY DIRTY TACTICS LIKE SADDLER DID AGAINST PEP.

I would have to go with Pep for one reason Pernell played around in fights that he should not play around in and I think this would be the difference in the fight Pep would keep the pressure on and win a close decision

Pernell's power was always underrated or at least unappreciated. Gotta give the edge to Whitaker.
