reading your comments on your question infuriated me. i have two boys, both in 2nd grade, and one of them was having trouble with a bully also. i spoke with teachers, the parent and the principle and it eventually stopped, but i live in a small town where it is easier to keep an eye on things. if he is a straight A student, you do not want him to lose his passion for learning and he will if he is that scared. talk to teachers, parents and the children at fault. your son's education is the most important thing and if you don't see instant results, i would consider private school. public school these days seems more like a war zone then a place of learning. he does not deserve to be treated like that.

You need to goto the school and report this. Don't let the threats of the 3rd grade bullies get to you too! If the faculty is aware this is going on they can make sure your son is not left alone with these children. Any time there is any kind of fight or abuse on school proprety it should be reported. You need to stand up for your child, it's your job to protect him. He doesn't need to know you've contacted his teacher or principal, they are there to protect him too, and they need to be made aware of the situation so they can do so. Being kicked in the privates is a very serious matter, it can cause severe damage, please do not ignore this. Many schools have a very serious no tolerance policy for bullies these days as bullying is linked to many social disorders later in life.

Go straight to the school and demand something be done or you will notify the school board or higher. I am pretty sure most schools have anti-bullying laws/rules since Columbine and similar incidents. If this does not resolve problem, get in touch personally with the bullies parents. And if it still can't be resolved make police reports about every incident. Bullying at any age by anybody should not be tolerated.

as much as you fear going to school against his wishes, that's exactly what needs to be done. request a meeting with the principal and all the teachers involved. they won't have the other kid's parent there until they talk to the kids. if no one says anything to those boys, they'll think they can continue. he's only in 3rd grade!! if you don't do something now, imagine what it will be like in high school.
i work lunch at my son's grade school. we do NOT tolerate bullying of any sort. even if someone calls names, they are spoken to.
there will always be that one group of kids who thrive on the bullying of others but, that doesn't mean we have to let them get away with it.

Go straight to the school and talk to the principal in most states bullying is against school rules. They need a good slap upside their heads since thats illegal go straight to the principals office and make sure something is done they have no right to kick him in his private they are sick little freaks who probably see god knows what at home

Well... he doesn't want you to go to the school, right? OK well in that case, maybe phone the school and talk to the conselour or principal and maybe they can sit down with all 3 students and come up with a solution! And if that doesn't work maybe get their names from your son, go to the school tell them their names and get their number.. and phone there parents!! Talking really does solve most! My heart goes out too you and your son! GOD BLESS!

Talk to their parents or go to school thats all you can do. Ignoring it at your sons age would be the wrong thing to do. Of course he doesnt want you to go , but again at his age he doesnt now what is best, but you should know better and you should talk to a teacher at school.
