Buy pdf editing software, just do a search on any search engine for pdf editor. You will be able to edit/move add images and text.
It usually costs around $80/ £40.

There are various ways.
Costly one, you must have Adobe Acrobat full version
Cheap one, there are some software which are from 19-50$ and some functions are free.
You have to choose the way you like.

You can go to sourceforge.net and find PDFCreator. This is an open sourced program that acts like a printer queue. You print to PDFCreator and you can choose wait to hold multiple files. Then when you have enough combine them into one.
