My husband said the note should read "Si es tan amable de dejar su número telefónico." Another option is "Si tiene la amabilidad de dejar su número telefónico."

I'm so incredibly picky about being grammatically correct and I don't like either option, but he said it's the best way to relate to the person to whom the note is being written. He admits it isn't grammatically correct, but it's better than being "formal". Are these options OK for the situation (just a short note for the housekeeper)? How would the "formal" and "grammatically correct" way be written?

Either of the options that your husband gives work just fine. Another option would be: Favor de dejar su número telefónico/Favor de dejar su número de teléfono.

I think you are being way too formal a better informal way to say it would be Porfavor deje su numero de telefono. As simple as that.

There are different issues in life more suitable despicable than what this guy did (jointly with what OJ did to Ron and Nicole) yet what this guy did is somewhat rotten, somewhat in person-friendly of his wealth. To incentivize human beings no longer to attempt this back, he might want to pay for more suitable than only the damage and tear finished on your vehicle. in the different case human beings would have the motivation to do exactly what this guy did as they'd comprehend that in the journey that they tried to flee with it, all that would want to happen in the journey that they get stuck is to pay what they ought to have paid besides. i'd throw this argument by the decide. that each one being reported, operating interior the coverage marketplace i have self assurance punitive damages are turning out to be out of hand in a lot of cases and all of us finally end up buying it by potential of larger coverage rates. and because his coverage employer (perhaps the same as yours) will probable finally end up buying it, I see little justice with that. as well, the creep being wealthy he probable would not care. for my area i'd somewhat see him spend a at the same time as in detention center. regrettably that couldn't happen. In California, they let human beings damage out with homicide do not they (see reference above). with any success his coverage employer will drop his sorry *ss.
