I like Taco Bell because I think you get the most food for the least money. The monster tacoes are good with sour cream on the side and the Mexican pizza is good.

Here are some good ideas, depending on whether you're eating at home or have to eat out: 1. A Lean Cuisine or other low-cal entree. 2. Hummus sandwich 3. Fresh tomatoes with salt and black pepper and some sharp cheddar. 4. Leftovers from last night's dinner. 5. Turkey sandwich or wrap.

Taco Bell. :) I work there and I love some of the food that we have there. If you go there try the Steak Grilled Stuff burrito. It has beans, rice, 2 to 3 scoops of steak, chese, pico, and baja sause. It's extreamly good.
Or try the new Zesty Nachos for 99 cents. It's chips, nacho chese, sour cream, tomatos, and jalepeno sause.

Burger King. Get a double whopper with cheese combo and upsize the fries and coke. Then get a piece of snickers pie for desert.
