What you have to do is search the internet for a DVD Ripping program, download this program and then rip the DVD information, then you should be able to burn to a DVD with normal writting software.

If you got DVD then insert in the PC and watch. But if you want to burn and watch on computer then you must have a software.

Note: For watching on pc and playing of DVD player movie format will be different therefore, before burning decide what you want to do.
