Not all angels rebelled. Lucifer was able to lead 1/3 of them away from God. (Revelation 12:4 refers to angels who went with Satan as "stars", Isaiah 14:12 refers to Satan as a "star")
There will not be a 3rd attempt. Human and angelic rebellion, Christ's redemption for humans, it's all part of God's plan.

I'm not sure what you mean by try again. As far as I know, the end of the Bible has the end of all sin prophecied in it. So I would say no. There wohn't be another group of creations rebelling against God.

The angels never rebelled. They never had the ability of free will. They just do what they are created for. Nothing more and nothing less.

There will not be a third time - God sent His son, to die on calvary's cross for our sins - man/women have a choice to accept Christ into their hearts - repent for the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD!
