Hey. I'm 61 kilograms in weight (sounds quite a lot) but I'm 1.76 in height. I've got a very large frame. You're probably asking yourself why I'm asking you this. Well, one of my friends said that I'm the heaviest & fatest in my class. Although, she's really podgy herself.

Thanks bmac for the conversions. I was just having to pull up a metric converter.

If he is accurate on that--you are actually on the low end of the scale. 135-155 is your healthy range of lbs for your size. With that as the range, you are on the small end. If you were to lose any weight, you would not be in the healthy weight category anymore. And if you'd gone to my high school, that would hardly be a "large frame". My entire basketball team could crush you. They averaged around 5'11" about 165-170 lbs.

5'8" (1.76) is hardly unusally tall. Not even tall enough to model, and still shorter than nearly all the guys. Or perhaps you are still in 6th, 7th grade--if so don't worry, they will catch up to you soon!

According to these sites--
Your ideal body weight is 140 pounds, or 63.6 kilograms.
Your BMI is 20, which is "desirable"

So clearly you are at the small end of the weight range, have very lil fat, and a "friend that calls you the heaviest and fatest in your class".....I believe I know the correct answer.

You have a jealous, petty, catty friend. Also referred to as Not a Friend. If she can not get over the fact that you are more attractive than she is, you are going to have to stop associating with her. It's just going to lead to trouble down the road.

That's 5'7" and 134 lbs. for those who are metric-challenged.

You are a PERFECT weight. Don't let others tell you what you should weigh. They're jealous.
