well there are literally hundreds of really good stouts. a strong stout would be considered an "imperial" stout. a few of my favorites include:
north coast old rasputin
victory storm king
bells expedition
you have to go to this site. it has TONS of info about all kinds of beer, and peoples ratings of the beers they have tried.

My favorite has always been an Oatmeal Stouts. They have a nice smooth flavor and do not have that coffee like after taste you find in say a Guinness. If you decide to try one go for a Young's or Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout; however, the Young's tastes a bit better and if you get it in a big can it is self carbonated and taste like a fresh tap beer. Both should be readily accessible at you local beverage warehouse.

North Coast Brewing had this limited edition Imperial Stout a few years ago. It was very strong, like 15%. The cost for a 4 pack was like $15. It was not cheap, but you didnt drink more than one at a time. It was very good, I highly recommend it if you can find it.
I think they do this limited edition every year, but I have not seen it since.

i'm an organization believer that there is a lager accessible for all and sundry. There are some many diverse kinds that makes it no longer available for someone to assert all beer tastes a similar. in case you want to drink a lager in which you would no longer even comprehend you're ingesting beer, I recommend a Lambic. Lindeman's is broadly available and in kind of flavors. there are a range of alternative manufacturers of lambic if the kind is on your liking. different Belgian kinds alongside with a tripple or quite some good ales have a more advantageous complicated even possibly "wine like high quality". Many beers flavors exceptionally good hop or good malt flavors are an fairly gained style. the secret is to come across a kind you want, you ought to pass to a first rate liquor save to locate some brew, yet construct on that. i love my heavy complete flavored intense beers, notwithstanding it did not take position over nighttime. some beers which i am going to drink now were overwhelming a 12 months or 2 in the past.

I am not a stout drinker. One of my bfs is, and he prefers D&M's Jamaican stout over Guinness and the supposedly wonderful McAuslan's.

Russian imperial stouts are the strongest. They are also hard to find and are usually available during the winter months. Good luck finding them.
