Right click on a an empty space near the address bar and make sure Yahoo! and Google toolbars are ticked.

Using Internet Explorer? If so, open it, go to tools and either toolbars or view and see if those toolbars are checked. If they're not there, just reinstall them.

if it is installed then u go to the internet explorer and under tools , look for add-ons. then enable your toolbars

Check with add and remove programs
If you download speedupmypc, you can remove bad programs that are taking up space on your comp

just right click on a space on the task bar bottom, clcik on yahoo and goggle it will come back.
