You don't. If you love her it doesn't matter. I assure you she knows, let her deal with her own way. You can offer help if or when she asks for it. It sounds to me like you were more embarassed for yourself, being seen with her. If true, that's not love.

inside of feeling like she is not perfect for you if she has not brought up the subject of needing to lose weight then she is happy with herself and you should be too. If she has brought up the issue how about you telling her the both of you can do this together by eating healthy and going to the gym together. Make it a team effort not oh, you need to lose weight but I am perfect issue

If you want her to still talk with you, you better not tell her you think she needs to exercise. With this in mind, try to do things with her that require physical activity. Ask her to take a hike with you or to go to the gym with you or jogging with you. The key part is with you. If she gets wise, deny, deny, deny. Tell her that you thought it would be fun to start doing things together.

Be very kind. I mean kind. As this is a touchy subject. You say to her:
"Baby, I love you. But your getting a bit over weight. Maybe we can do some work outs at the gym"

The next time you guys are 'doing it', flip her around to hit it from behind, then throw up all over her back in disgust.
Or, every time you see her naked, tell her you're in the mood for cottage cheese.
Do these consistently, and she'll get the hint.

The same way I did with mine, tell her you need a workout partner and no one is available. I spoke to the gym guy and asked him if there was a friends and family special and sure enough there always is. I told her about it and asked her if she would be my spotter and she signed up. NEVER tell a woman she looks fat or answer her pointless question of "do I look fat?" Ladies please do not ask us to look like soap opera guys if you do not look like soap opera woman!

Why don't you say you know I really need to work out and I would love for you to go with me.
