It was a Jewish Passover Seder dinner so you would have the traditional dishes - lamb, bitter herbs and unleavened bread.
Peace and every blessing!

The Occasion: The Last Supper, Jerusalem, C. 29 A.D.
The Host: A friend in Jerusalem, in whose home the last meal was shared by Jesus and the Apostles.
The Menu: Since the Last Supper was a Jewish Passover meal, or seder, it probably included wine, dry unleavened bread (matzo), roast lamb, and bowls of bitter herbs which were dipped in a reddish sauce called haroseth, made of a number of ingredients including chopped apples, dates, figs, almonds, wine, and cinnamon. The oranges depicted in many Last Supper paintings were not known in the area at the time.

The Last Supper was when Jesus and the disciples celebrated the Passover meal. This consists of bitter herbs, unleavened bread, and some other things that I cannot remember.

When Jesus told two of His disciples to see the man who is to prepare the place where He shall celebrate the Passover, He said to Peter and John as written in Luke 22:7-13 to ask the man to prepare the place for Jesus to celebrate the Passover with His disciples. The Jews celebrate Passover by preparing the lamb which Moses ordered all the Israelites to sacrifice when they prepared themselves to be freed from the slavery of the Egyptians (A resemblance of sin). The lamb that they sacrificed was to be broiled and not cooked, (Resemblance the agony of Christ on the cross!) and it was to be eaten in a hurry resembling their quick escape from the Egyptian land that day, also resembling the quick way that Jesus died on the cross. Ever since, the Lord God ordered all the Israelites to celebrate that day on the 14th of the first month every year. The blood of the sacrificed lamb was to be sprinkled on the doors of their houses so that when the Angel of Death see the blood, he will pass over the house and not kill the first born that belong to the family of that house, hence the name Passover was taken. Jesus was that Lamb Himself that the Jews shed His blood on the cross. When Jesus prepared the Last Supper with His disciples, He had a talk with the man how He wanted the Passover meal prepared. The broiled lamb may or may not have been part of the last supper of the Lord with His disciples, notwithstanding that Jesus had Himself prepared to willingly give Himself up to be delivered for crucifixion. When John the Baptist saw Jesus coming toward him to be baptized, he shouted loud: behold the Lamb that takes away the sins of the world. The Bible mentions that the Passover food was prepared and all the Disciples sat and ate. Jesus mentioned that one of His disciples will betray Him and when He was asked who would betray Him, Jesus said that the one who is dipping into the bowl with me, referring to Judah. There may have been a broiled lamb prepared for food because of the Jews tradition, but Christ was the Lamb to be sacrificed as offering of sin. What Jesus truly had prepared that night was Himself. He resembled Himself that night in the unleavened Bread which is His Body offered as a sacrifice, and the wine which resembled His blood that takes away the sins of Mankind. Jesus symbolically was the Lamb prepared for the Passover! Prior to this incidence Jesus told His disciples: "Truly, truly I say unto you that if you don't eat my Body and drink my Blood, you cannot enter the Kingdom of God". This strange analogy spoken by Jesus stumbled many of His disciples when it was told long before His crucifixion.
