Does the idea that others have found peace, positive direction, and other good things WITHOUT following a religion and/or believing in God bother you? Why or why not?
Be honest cause I know some of you I have heard you complain, and try to convince us God is real.

It doesn't bother me at all. I don't think that there is any such thing as a "one right way".

Hmmm "some of you I have heard you complain, and try to convince us God is real."
What do you mean by this? That unless God makes our lives perfect right now or lobotomizes us somehow so we don't notice when we suffer then our faith is somehow invalidated? Could this possibly be what keeps you from faith - an unrealistic expectation that God is required to arrange the entire world so that it pleases you and you never, no not ever suffer? Wouldn't this make Him subservient to you?
Real faith is willing to suffer, and some of the biggest complainers there ever were wrote the Bible. Have you ever read the psalms of David? He was pretty depressed sometimes and He told God all about it. In the end, since he had learned to trust God with disappointment, he came through it with faith intact.
God is not Santa, no matter how much we want Him to be.

Not at all. As long you have good thoughts, discipline and self restraint, do your work, mind your own business and if you can, help your community or society, have fun, ther'es nothing worong in that.
However, the meaning of Life goes beyond All the things mentioned above. I am very sure that everyone will have or feel that "Unfulfilled Thing" in them, sometime in their Life. When you Seek hard to find out what that is, the Most Probable destination will be God.
Thats what my opinion is.

Of course the very idea is horrible. The righteous look upon people who seem to have found peace, positive direction, and other good things in life, but cannot in good conscience be happy for these slobs knowing as they do that these people will eventually be going to hell for eternity if they cannot be 'saved'. Could you?

No. Before my gods reached out to me, I was an atheist, as we are all at birth....
Having theism is not a promise of peace and positive direction...how many unhappy theists do you know?
LabGrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrl, polytheist.

Not in the slightest...Jesus said that the world gives a peace also and that it differs from the peace that He provides through the attonement... remember,we were once as you..and can still remember where we came from.

I have not met an atheist who was at peace with himself. How can he? He has so many issues to worry about. Pascal's wager for instance.
May the Lord's peace be with you!

It doesn't bother me. It's YOUR choice. What you want to do with your life is entirely up to you.
Just like MY choice is that the true God, Allah, loves all His followers.
