It went to a bar where it was beaten by several off-duty police. It was caught on video tape. The coyote is suing the city.

It was taken to a heavily wooded forst preserve outside of Chicago and released. It was never harmed.

it was released in a preserve outside Chicago - in Barrington, I think.....where other 'wild' animals captured in / around Chicago are released....he will be happy....but there are no sub shops there....he will have to go back to eating squirrels, rabbits and other animals....too bad they don't eat rats, or Chicago would have them everywhere...
