Yes, if he's doing it in front of a bunch of 12-year old girls. Other than that, probably not, unless he has done it repeatedly. There are clauses in the Uniform Code of Military Justice that will allow a soldier to get a different kind of "discharge" (other than Honorable, that is!). There are also levels of "bad" discharges. The "Dishonorable" discharge is the worst, and is usually given for something like bank robbery. The one just below "Honorable" is "General Under Honorable Conditions", which isn't as good as the "Honorable", but isn't anywhere close to the "Dishonorable" discharge in regards to being "bad". You can keep the pants, they probably wouldn't fit me!

We'd lose half the crew on a six month cruise if getting caught pulling your pud was grounds for a discharge.
