I've been searching everywhere! I don't really care if it's illegal or not as long as it's free! Don't answer "sorry i don't know" or "sorry but it's not for free" or "sorry but it's only free trial" or "sorry but it's not natural you have to buy the natural voice"
I have no money, and I have no interest in downloading unnatrual voiced programs, and i am not interested in downloading free trial version. I want a freeware.

Well, i don't know if you've heard of OpenOffice.Org. It's been put a lot of effort into it, and yet it's free. Same as Linux and Red Hat. A BIG HAHA TO YOU!

I've found this software called "Language Reader" and it's for free and it speaks different accents like US, British, French, German and Spanish, but I'm still not satisfied it's got that weird accent far far away from US accents and I can't choose male or female. US only speaks male voice, and UK accent is only female. Please help me find a better freeware with better speaking accent any accent US or UK as long as it's human enough.

Okay, okay, I'm settling in with "Language Reader." It's pretty good enough for me. At least it's not robotic.

That's great. I want a million dollars, too.
When people build something like that, they put a lot of time and effort into it. They expect to be paid for it.
If you have Microsoft Office (which is NOT free, but it comes on a lot of computers pre-installed), there is a speech processor built into it.
If you have no money, i'd say you're SOL. You people that want the world for FREE make me laugh.

don't think there really are any free programs besides the one that comes built into vista as an addition.
