1 Corinthians 13:12 says "Then shall I know even as I am also known"

I believe we will have perfect knowledge in heaven....and will see our other saved friends & family there as well

Bible did not tell the family members will meet together after death. I suppose everyone is unique and have their willing. If one of the family member not willing to go heaven, others are go heaven, they will not meet in heaven.(the theory is only heaven and hell in the world. and is a definately zone of space to have heaven and hell.) For example; your whole family members are willing to Rome but only your son willing to China. Will your family meet together? or god takes your son to Rome too? this will be another disaster.
For me I prefer to go hell; at I learnt from teacher who said the heaven is everlasting, unchangeable, whatever lovely things will be taken care by angels. You need not to worry as god will feed you. Nothing promotion. Then I will love to promote the hell situation and make the creatures in hell more happy and improve their life and enviroment. Which do you prefer?

Not sure there is a direct statement but in 1 Thess 4 Pauls teaches on the rapture, and points out that when Christ returns He will bring with Him those who have died in Christ and then says, comfort one another with these words. I think that is a pretty clear indication that we will meet them and recognize them, otherwise why would it comfort us?

13 But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. .......then we who are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.

My friend you are a fallen angel inside a human being. you are not even HUMAN. They have all lied to you.
You --your spirit being is made in the IMAGE of GOD
therefore you belong to Gods family and your real HOME is in heaven.
You are here to learn to be good like God--if you pass you can go home.
Jah is the SOURCE of all
found at jahtruth.co.uk
on that site you will need to read "The WAY Home or face The Fire"

I don't have a verse but this may help.

Several years ago I had an unusual experience concerning an uncle, a distant relative who lived over a thousand miles away.

While driving my car I suddenly felt the unmistakable presence of this relative that I hardly even knew. He was more like someone I had heard about than someone I knew. It was very strange; it felt as though I was momentarily lifted right out of my physical body. I seemed to be suspended somehow beyond space and time, bathed in a love so intense It felt like I could have just disappear into it at any moment if It would have let me. It only lasted for a few seconds, but it seemed to last forever at the same time. I realize how crazy this must sound. The experience was so strong that at first I was afraid I was loosing my grip on reality. I finally managed to chalk it up to an over active imagination.

Three days later I got a call from my aunt telling me that this uncle we are talking about had gone into a coma and died the day I had the experience. It felt like ice water had been poured down my back when she told me this. I had lost any real ideas of God or faith and had become somewhat of an atheist. Needless to say this experience caused me to rethink some of the conclusions I had come to.

I feel blessed to now understand that even in our darkest confusion something loves us so much that it went out of its way to assist me and bring me back to a state of absolute certainty about Gods love for us.
During the experience it seemed like there was a vast amount of information that I was somehow allowed access to. One thing that I came away from this experience understanding beyond any shadow of a doubt was that any Idea that God is unhappy with us or would judge or allow us to be punished for any reason is simply impossible.

I can’t explain the love I felt with words. They simply don’t make words big enough or complete enough to do this. The only way I can begin to convey this love to you is to say that there was simply nothing else there. Nothing but love. No hint of judgment, no displeasure of any sort. It is as though God sees us as being as perfect as we were the day we were created. It is only in our confused idea of ourselves that we seem to have changed.

I hope this is of some help to you. Good luck. Love and blessings.

Your brother don

if they are redeemed you would be with them as all the redeemed would be together

since people in heaven are described as from different peoples and nations... it seems that many traits of culture and personality will be carried over... only perfectly redeemed

since the redeemed are there as a monument in part of God;s mercy in their lives, I would think you could share your life and experiences with angels and men in heaven... the angels can tell you about creation as they saw it hapen ... and you can tell them about grace... and your family as well

The fact that you have requested Christian answers only shows your only wanting to hear one answer.

Yes, of course you will.

But that might not be true. Who knows? Has anyone died and came back? I don't think so.

So your just going to have to die like everyone else and hope for the best!

No, you go into a great blackness although for the last few seconds of weak consciousness you might dream about it.

No. Dead is dead. It will be just like before you were born.
