In a uniformed group,there will be drills like marching.When doing it for quite long,even when standing straight and not moving,it will cause lower back pain,how does it happen?

Repetitive motion causes muscles to have spasms. It's an overuse of certain muscles. Use a moist heating pad for twenty minutes to help the spasm.

This is because your spines are rather weak and can't withstand the strain caused by drills.
You should do mild exercise of forward and backward bending without stress or strain. It should happen naturally and let it take its' own time to create flexibility.
If you can get ghee made from curds(Indians can give it) IT WILL HELP. Aspoonful of ghee with meal without other fats will improve all joints in your body.

You have been standing up too long and need to sit down.

Speak to someone about this if you do not think that this will lead to relapse treatment of having to stand there for longer.
