There can be only two possible answers to that question:

Somebody knows
or
Nobody knows.

Certainly there must be someone out there who knows.

But is that what you really were asking about?

Maybe you wished to determine HOW MANY people know?

The cover starts immediately you commence a travel. With out any travel, how you claim. Delay in the arrival of passport, is not the fault of Insurer. However verify the terms mentioned in contract, which you have agreed.

depends on the policy - reread the fine print carefully, then maybe check with your travel agent or the company that issued the insurance if you have further questions.
