I'm going on holiday w/ ex & friends soon & there was a feeling me & ex were going 2 get bk together(he kept hinting he was falling for me again, talking to me alot, giving me guitar lessons, playing love songs etc) but theres a rumour that he got w/ some girl even though he said he didnt & that they were just talking, but went for a walk together?!(one drunken night).
But anyway, theres this guy at college who i think is about a yr younger than me who i have a massive crush on, & i think he likes me too... we dont talk but we always look at each other & look away quickly again embarrassed (childish, i know). He told me to have a good weekend last week when he was passing by me which was cute. I wont see him for two weeks over spring break, how can i know if he really likes me & ask me out etc when we get back from hols? & im confused about my ex, should we have another chance or just be friends on holiday? (we broke up 1 month ago & went out for 2 yrs & felt it ended naturaly)

Stick to being friends with this ex of yours. If after two years it just kind of ended naturally then there's not much left. It sounds like he's lonely (maybe) and misses what you both had. Stick to being friends, you can always change that later on but don't confuse things again for spring break :)
As for the new guy, just see how things are when you get back, don't stress over it too much, I'm sure if it's 'meant to be' then he'll ask you out or something along those lines :)

It does not sound like your ex deserves another chance I mean if he can get it off with someone elser while you were just a blink away from him then it means he's still not good for you.Proberbly the same reason you left him in the first place. I think it's best if you wait for two weeks for that other guy at school than being involved with that messed up guy. Do you think he would tell you even if he got it off with the othe girl I don't think so.

The best thing to get to know whether a guy likes you in my case is to give him opportunities and hint him.Im only swaying this from a guys point of view by the way. If you like him and you want to know the best way is to initiate conversation, any conversation even the most trivial. Or even just saying hie..how was your weekend.Guys tend to open up only when asked and usually if he likes you too he's shy and is trying to be cautious and not ask you out because of fears of rejection. The best way to get rid of that fear in him is simple, just say hie..how was your weekend, what are you doing this weekend etc ten you'll see. Smiles and looks are great but most itmes guys need to be sure.

Be friends. If it did not work before after 2 years, it won't work now. Wait until you get back, and ask this other guy to lunch. Let the other guy pick up the pace from there, and see what happens. If he likes you, he will accept and ask you out again. If he says "no", tell him that you just didn't want to go to lunch by yourself. Act like you were asking as a friend.

Do what feels natural to you!
If breaking up with him came naturally then maybe getting back together won't be such a good idea!!
You don't want to ruin your holiday so continue to talk to the guy but just don't let him think that you stil like him!
This other guy sounds nice so why not ask him if he wants to go for a drink next time you see him! He sounds nice and to me it sounds as if your more attracted to him than your ex!

People say they 'find' love, as if it were an object hidden by a rock. But love takes many forms, and it is never the same for any man and woman. What people find then is a certain love.
Love, like rain, can nourish from above, drenching couples with a soaking joy. But sometimes, under the angry heat of life, love dries on the surface and must nourish from below, tending to its roots, keeping itself alive.
Lost love is still love. It takes a different form, that's all. You can't see their smile or bring them food or tousle their hair or move them around a dance floor. But when those senses weaken, another heightens. Memory. Memory becomes your partner. You nurture it. You hold it. You dance with it.
