It varies greatly with the freshness of the produce when it was purchased, how they were stored, how hot/cold and even what variety of the same produce, as some keep better than others.
But here is my personal experience.
Loose leaf salads and pre-cut salads - 2-4 days in fridge. less than 1 day out
Sprouts - 1 week, sometimes less in fridge 1-2 days out
Whole lettuce - 2 Weeks in fridge 1-4 days out
Cabbage 1/4, and carrots - 3-4 weeks in fridge, in cool cupboard about the same.
Tomatoes - varies a lot with ripeness and variety. Some less than a week and some 2 weeks or more in fridge, a few days to a week out
Apples Home grown coolstored for 3-5 months
Apples store brought - 2 - 4 weeks in fridge, 1-2 weeks in a bowl on bench
Bananas don't last more than a few days here.
Hope that helps, B

Lots of variables but let's say you kept them out of the fridge, room temperature.

apples: about a week, if you don't cut it
banana: 48 hours, it will be black. depends on variety and supplier - Del Monte last longer than Fyffes
tomato: 4 days it will be shrivelled and furry
cucumber: if you don't cut it, several days
celery: same as cucumber
lettuce: several days. the leaves will get tip burn, which is when they turn pinky brown around the edges

if you put them in a fridge, they will last longer. tomatoes prefer the warm, fridges will stop them ripening so quick, but also take away some flavor
