i want to find a photo of a blood pressure and heart rate measuring watch. and if possible, can i have the photos of the interior chip and the sensors separately??

I doubt you will find a picture of the chip for that.

The sensors are usually IR photo detectors or small thermistors that respond to the heat of the blood pulse.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. 155 is systolic is a little on on the high side. It can be brought down easily. The diastolic is normal and you need not worry about it. Stop weight lifting , Instead start walking exercise in non polluted atmosphere with relaxed mind 5km / day in the mornings . The quantity and quality of your diet should be watched. Avoid tension and worry. Have a good sleep at least for 7 hour / day. . Have hobbies to relax your mind. Reduce salt in the diet . Change your life style , Avoid hurry and worry. The complications are : heart failure, Angina pectoris, cerebrovascular accidents, Aortic dissection, Hypertensive encephalopathy. Malignant hypertension, Renal damage, haemorrhages.
