I am a proud soldier of the U.S. Army. Even though I am a Christian man and Bush is my commander and chief, I believe he has greatly destroyed the United State's reputation and support from many of our allies. It will take the United States decades to rebuild and repay the trillions of dollars that the Bush administration has created from the Iraq war.
I still love America and I am willing to put my life on the line to protect this country in harms way for every deserving American citizen. However, I am sad that my President misguided us. Am I wrong to hate Bush?

God bless you for what you are doing, and I am sorry that you've lost so many of your buddies over there. You have a right to your feelings beyond that of most Americans because of your sacrifice.
This administration has done exactly what you said. This administration has framed a message of fighting for liberty and democracy. This war is about bringing the oil interests in the region into the global economy. So far they've failed to even do that. This is a mess, and we need new leadership to start the process of fixing it.
Take care of yourself over there. No matter what any of our political views most everyone supports you.

Do you really think it was just one person that did this? If you do you are a fool. I have 23 Years in the service. I have seen a lot of different things. Its is really easy to blame President Bush for our problems. I do not know how old you are but you need to open your eyes and grow up. And if you are a Christian man as you say then you should know that only GOD has the right to Judge not you!! Jesus taught to love not hate!!!!!!

I never thought I would be questioning the integrity of the US but since this Adm(and the last somewhat) I am. Starting with 9/11 since things have taken a wrong turn. There is something in the air threatening America and much being done w/o US citizen's knowledge. This 'Americo'-No Amer Alliance-is being construed in secret. There is nothing of it on the news. Torture camps and the school-of-americas @Ft. Benning seem to be raising a militia against various people. One state wants to separate itself from the US and stand alone. I hope we get over this and the whole of the US doesn't get blamed for lies told US and secrets kept from US. This is anti-Constitution--what the Govt is NOT paid by US to do. Thank you for your truly appreciated service & God bless & keep you all. (hope you guys got some of the needed body armor and other gear you were short out of the billions being sent there)

You are not wrong to hate the incumbent President.
You are wrong as a servicemember to voice those views in public as a servicemember.
DoD Directive 1344.10 :
4.1.1. A member on active duty may:
4.1.1.1. Register, vote, and express his or her personal opinion on political candidates and issues, but not as a representative of the Armed Forces.
You're not a Commissioned Officer so you don't get nailed for Article 88 (Contempt for Officials) but it is extremely bad form to state your opinions as a servicemember first, rather than as a citizen. A servicemember should be aloof from political activism and statements in his or her official capacity.
If you stated your views on the C-in-C in public, in front of your Chain of Command for instance, they are perfectly within rights to hit you with an Article 15.
As a servicemember, you put certain rights you enjoy as a citizen in abeyance for good order and discipline in the ranks. If you want to express your hatred in full, do it as a citizen. Putting your life on the line is fine. Follow the regs. In this time and age, that too can be just as hard.

First, thank you! Hatred is often incorrect! you may disagree with somebody yet hatred eats the hater i could agree on would ranges with the previous solutions. Hate eats the hater. Love all. i replaced into interior the army under Clinton and observed how he crippled our forces, yet he replaced into my commander. I assist you and the president and what he's attempting to do. he's being hampered at many ranges. You point out the money spent to fund the conflict and that i dont trust the reason in the back of going to Iraq(perchance the president replaced into misled i will choose i wasnt there), yet once you're in theater you recognize the hatred we are dealing with and it is because of the fact we stand for freedom and the rights of others. The Extremists we are at conflict with are acquaintances with our media. do no longer help THEM! i could incredibly have the combat against extremists on their floor and not ours. we are very fortunate to no longer have had a conflict on our soil. what different u . s . a . are you able to assert this approximately? save struggling with the reliable combat and run the race to win

You are not wrong. Don't let anyone tell you different. As Americans we have the RIGHT to whatever opinion we may have and the RIGHT to voice that opinion. You are fighting to defend that right. You swore to follow the orders of the Commander in Chief, but you didn't swear to be a mindless robot.

The proper question would be: am i wrong to like BUSh? because i guess hating him should be a common thing for people. you're being reasonable to hate him. i respect you for that because i think your opinion is similar to mine. Bush has done nothing but destroying america.
wanting to a war for your country is very patriotic. but going for a war without knowing why would totally be a stupidity.
if you really love america, you'll know what to do. if not, it's just a matter of time before america gets its karma.
i mean look at now! everybody around the world hate americans. the only reason to 'like' them is fear.
he can go to hell, but im not going with him.

Frankly, I very much doubt if you are a soldier. Especially in the US army.
However if I am wrong, then please consider that "allies" are countries and people who come and help when the times are tough, not just sit on their butts in fair times and/or sell weapons to the enemy.
If you are a US soldier then remember that you are fighting for the freedom of over 40 milion people. If you think that they do not deserve to be free just because their skin is of a different colour than yours and that they might have a religion which differs from yours- then please reconsider your choice of career.

If you hate anybody then you are a fool who fell for propaganda.
Hating somebody because you disagree with then politically is what causes political repression.
What frightens me most about the 'liberals' is how vehemently they hate those with different political opinions.
