If it's right to do unto others as we would have them do unto us, does this mean everything or only the things we should do in the first place?

Morality is more complicated than one inflexible 'rule'.

My version of the golden rule is a little more inclusive to views outside of my own. Do unto others as they would have you do unto them. This way I'm not interpreting what's best for everyone based on my view of the world and if applied to you having sex with others, it may help you avoid a sexual predator conviction.

It would mean that should have sex with anybody that wants to have sex with you.

But, seeing how you interprete the golden rule, I don't think many would want to anyway.

And as Icarus said: morals are much more complicated than a silly rule.

No.
The golden rule is about treating others with the same respect you would like to be treated with; not about treating them like a sex object to satisfy your lust.

No. Forget the Golden Rule, whatever the hell that is. You shouldn't come on to anyone unless you're fairly sure your advances are going to be welcome. Otherwise you're just a sex pest, and that's undignified.

If you can't tell whether your advances are welcome, you need to go and grow up a bit.

Fornication (indiscrimant sex with someone who is not your spouse) is frowned on by ALMOST every major religion.

It's also widely frowned on by the women's movement, which doesn't view them as disposable toys for your pleasure.

You've mixed your pronouns and agencies up.

It's not "anyone whom I'd like to have sex with me", it's "anyone who would (themselves) like to have sex with me."

And no, I wouldn't advise it. Apart from anything else, who's "doing" who gets a bit complicated in sexuality.
