By definition this is not a matter of statutory law, so you have to have done some case research to find out the elements of the tort of private nuisance. You have to know what needs to be proven, such as duration, requirement for giving notice to the defendant of the nuisance before filing a suit, and whether or not it matters that the plaintiff "came to the nuisance" in your jurisdiction.

Once you have that list, simply look at the facts given, and analyze whether or not they suggest that each of the required elements is met.
