i m also 13 and i also asked d same question here but i would advice u 2 drink as much water as u can and do not worry abt ur diet go 2 parks have walks or play basketball, badminton,tennis dey r enjoyfil ways 2 reduce wieght

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Why do you want to lose weight if you aren't overweight? I understand if you have a little bit that you want to lose even though you aren't really overweight- I do! Just be careful girlie - I was anorexic and was almost put in an institution for it. Counseling cost my family tons of pain. I also have severe digestion problems because of it. Not needing to lose weight and wanting to is how it starts out. Luckily - I have my EDO undercontrol now.

If you want to lose - start running. I don't want you to get obsessed with food - its not healthy - especially at 13. If you start running and gradually work your way to run longer and longer - you will be thin and have lots of lean muscle and look really great.

If your not overweight then you shouldn't be trying to lose weight.If your at the right weight and you start losing too much weight you may seriously harm your body.Try and be happy with what you've got.If you can't bear that then pick up a sport maybe running or swimming,they really get your body moving.

the problem with you youngins is that you want to eat the worst food planet USA has to offer!!

its time to eat right and exercise!
Run about a mile you ain't too young to run a lil' mile!!
jump and jacks (30 reps) (4 sets)
crunches 50-100 a day!!

hello why do u want to reduce when ur not overweight?
u must be feeling so as it is yur puberty age and you must be fattest among yur frnds thats why u also feel that i should look thin ans sexy!
so dont think about it and after all its good to be healthy!

1.you must do exercise atleast an hour daily---morning &evening
2.take honey with water & lemon every morning after brushing your teeth & before exercise.
3. maintain your diet & eat less oily food & fast atleast twice in a week

this is no age for you to be thinking of weight loss.
your body is growing and you need good and nutritional diet.
start playing and get into outdoor hobbies, badminton, skipping, swimming, etc.. all you can do.
Dont restrict your diet.
just enjoy and play with friends and burn it all up.
