Ok when I was younger I was super thin but I always had a fat tummy. Now I am 5'6ish and 120-125 pounds, I must have a small frame because there is a layer of fat everywhere! I have a medical condition that made gaining weight easier but now that I am on medication for it I need to try and figure this out. The part that bothers me is my tummy, its like a spare tire. Im not really fat so I dont know how to slim it. I also have these wings under my armpits. I am trying to eat less fatty foods and more proteins along with a short treadmill walk (about 30 mins/150 calories) everyday along with 25 sit ups x 2. Does anyone have any advice?

YOU CANT CHOSE WHICH BODY PART TO LOSE WEIGHT OF - IT HAS TO BE OVERALL WEIGHLOSS. YOUR BELLY IS JUST ONE PLACE YOUR BODY PUTS ITS FAT RESERVES.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

You need to do some strength training as well to build muscle which will tone you up and allow you to burn more calories. Do the weight circuit at the gym or buy some free weights. There's a ton of free weight exercises online to try out.

Also add some jogging into your 30 min. Maybe try jogging for 5 min and gradually increase it until you are jogging for 20 min, do 5 min warm-up and 5 min cool-down of walking. And you can also try walking or jogging on an incline to burn even more calories.

I too have a small frame and carry any excess weight on my belly. Even when I weighed like 105lbs I had a small "tire" of fat around my belly. I'm sure it looks more obvious to us than to anyone else though. So many people have told me they would love to have my body shape because I'm quite slender.

I think you must of carried your eating habits from your childhood to now. It's Great that you've noticed before you become overweight. Eat 1500 cal a day with at least 45 min of cardio (swimming) 4 times a week and you should be good.
