Sexual relation ship out of marriage is Haram.

Circumcise is Sunnah of Prophets, Including Prophet Ibrahim and Muhammad.

This Sunnah itself has lots of benefits modern world is verifying now.

Same way Sexual relationship out of marriage is forbidden in religion. And this forbidden act saves us from lots of social problems, so-called modern world is facing now a days.

If some one did sexual act out of marriage that person should not discuss this matter in public and ask God Almighty, very sincerely, politely, and with extreme humbleness, for forgiveness. And promises God Almighty not to do again and be firm on Promise made in front of Almighty Allah.

Other vise person who committed sex out of marriage is/ are deserve for punishment as per Hadood mentioned in Shariah.

Khatana (Circumcision) is a sunnah of Prophet Ibrahim (pbuh). It is not compulsory. But it is highly recommended for a muslim. I do not know why he did not do it. Since he is an adult now, if he knows how to do it, let him do it. Otherwise he need not do it, since it will involve showing his private parts to a third person, which is haram. You can marry him and probably perform circumcision for him, if you know it. There is no restriction for a woman to marry a person who is not circumcised.

I presume that he is a Muslim.

Can you love his penis even if it's uncircumsized? I don't know where else to go with this. Is the thought of marrying a man with an uncircumsized penis somehow gross to you? If so, he has the choice of getting circumsized and not losing you.

I think that the bottom line is: it's his penis first. It's totally his descision.
