There are many ways to find some relief from stress. One popular way is physical activity. You can run, take walks, lift weights, go backpacking or hiking, play a game like tennis or many other activities. These are most successful if you do them regularly.
Another way to relieve stress is to start a new hobby. Or you can do cleansing breaths (breathe in deeply through your nose, hold it for 2 to 3 seconds, then slowly let it out through pursed lips. Repeat this 3 times; it's amazing how well that does. You can start chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo, do Yoga, take martial arts classes, and a whole range of things. Find what you like and do it on a regular basis.
