I don't think it's rude. Whatever you are cooking up in the blender, you can share with your hosts and it would cover up their anger if there is any, if you can't sense anger, then there is no problem, but if you do- whatever you're doing must be so good you have to cook it up 3 times a day... I don't know, gimme the recipe and I'll get back to you on that.

Well, I would suggest not to use too many times unless really necessary. This depends on many other external factors too:
First, as a guest, you should understand the host. If he has a bad temper or is selfish, then using it 3 times might not be healthy for you and him.
Second, is the interference. Imagine if there are many more guests out there, and the deep rumbling sound distracts them from their conversations etc. It will certainly be rude.
Third, if you are in the host's house for a deal or meeting, interrupting the discussion for constant breaks that doesn't seem very nice, is discouraged. Unless absolutely urgent, of course.
Fourth, health problems. The host will most likely be alright with you using that many times if you have some health problems.
Personally, I feel it isn't really rude.

Whose blender...yours are theirs? Does the noise interfere with their t.v. , sleep or anything like this? Do you clean the blender each time you use it? Ask them how they feel about you using a blender 3 times a day.

Thats very rude. Image hereing a blender 3 times a day ! Somepeople would go nuts. But if you do clean it out after, and make sure you ask them if its ok... hope this helps

I would ask if they had a problem with it beforehand. It would make them feel guilty and awkward to say anything if you all of a sudden started using their blender and, were disturbing them.

Only if someone's sleeping or being annoyed by the grinding.
And you must clean up all the mess you make too.

I think as long as you clean it each time, and try not to use it when the noise can disturb others it should be fine.
