i heard that when you sleep on your stomach, your sides get bigger and you have less curves?
also, when you sit cross legged, it makes your but fatter?
are these true? AND do you know common ones that are false, or ones that are T R U E !! ?

id really like to know little things you do that do make you gain weight or have body parts apper bigger.

There isn't any scientific evidence to support either one of the myths you mentioned. Body type is determined by genetics, and the amount of fat we carry greatly depends on our diet and exercise level.

Eating a lot, especially a lot of high fat, high sugar content foods, is what causes us to gain weight. Some illnesses, and medications can also cause weight gain. To some extent exercising can cause muscles (like those of the arms and legs) to get larger, making that area of the body appear larger. Other than that, there are certain clothes that make the body look larger. Horizontal stripes are great for making you look wider.

Neither of those myths are true. You gain weight because your caloric intake exceeds your caloric output. Where you put on weight has a lot to do with your body type and doctors say that extra weight on the stomach is harder on the body than extra weight on the buttocks or thighs.
