What is the name of the application that plays music and videos, and it has an orange cone for the icon? HELP!

There is this download/application thing, and it can play downloaded music and videos. I can't remember what it's called, but I do remember that it has an orange traffic cone (with two white stripes, I think) for the icon. Please tell me what it's called and where I can download it (for free)!!
