What are the differences between Windows updates and Microsoft updates ?

there is no difference between windows and microsoft updates. all the updates comes from microsoft site. the update sites are host by different name but the main update site comes from microsoft windows update centre.

Windows Updates only updates Windows, Microsoft Updates does M$-Office AND Windows.

If you don't use M$-Office, stick with Windows Updates.
