I have got 6 cooked sausages left over from last nights sausage and mash. Was going to do a sausage and bean casserole or maybe sausage and tomato pasta. Any other ideas? Has to be fairly quick and easy as a bit short on time tonight

Cut up some potatoes and fry. Add some scrambled eggs and sliced sausage. Cook till eggs are done and add cheddar cheese. We call it "Bohunk". Great camping food.

Well you can always brown some meat like chops, chicken, minute steaks, veal etc.Roll in seasoned flour then brown in a skillet, then brown some onions in the same skillet. If it is an oven safe skillet, drain the grease out and put the meat back in with the onions, pour the left over gravy over all that to coat all the meat. Taste & add salt, pepper, paprika, then cover with foil and bake on 350 for about an hour. If you skillet is not oven safe use a baking dish. Smothered steak or chicken is what i call it. Serve with some rice or mashed potatoes and green beans or a veggie of your choice. :) Good Sunday dinner... OOhhhh some fried taters would be great!

slice sausage into bite size pieces. preheat (sauce/saute or fry) preferably non-stick. once hot, add oil and chopped garlic, onons and peppers. stir or toss to avoid burning garlic.
When garlic is golden color, adding a splash of wine will stop the garlic from burning. when veggies are 3/4 done, add sausage, salt&pepper, tomato sauce. cook until veggies are soft. add 1/4 stick butter and a splash of heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2. decrease heat to simmer stir in all the ingredients. add salt & pepper if needed. served over long pasta or toss in some penne, rigatoni, tortellini etc.

Sliced sausages are wonderful in rice. saute some onions dump in a can of tomatoes. Add peas or green peppers if you have them. Mainly it is the rice tomatoes and sausages. The tomatoes cut the greasy taste.

Chop the saugage and mix into some tomato sauce - like a pasta style sauce. You could also add some chopped mushrooms. Serve with long spaghetti and grated cheese. Yummy.

something quick and easy would just be a good old aussie snag sanga!! Or you could always make curried sausages. My mum always made it when i was young.. Hokkien noodles and few vegies, mainly carrot, onion and green capsicum, chopped up snags and curry powder and mix all together in the wok!! YUMMO!! .. i might make it for tea for myself tonight.. lol

Top a french bread pizza. It's good in a pasty w/ potatoes, onions and cheddar cheese too. Breakfast burritos. So much to be done w/ left overs.
