I recently installed incredimail and didn't complete the installation. Since then, it keeps popping up, trying to download it, then it disappears. My computer is really slow now. When i go to control panel and click 'Add or remove programs' it isn't registered as a progream so there isn't anything i can do. Please Help!!!!!!!!!! xXx

Step 1. Click Start, Run, type msconfig, click ok.
Step 2. Click Startup tab on top, go down list and uncheck Incredimail in this list along with anything else not needed on XP startup.
Step 3. Apply changes and reboot.
Step 4. Go into My Computer, C, Program Files folder and delete Incredimal folder manually.

did you try to delete all the incredimail files from the location you have tried to install it? do this first and after that try again to download it. Pay attention when you download the file. it may have viruses. If you still can`t download the file from a location, try from another.

Download and install it again, the previous download is likely corrupted.

If the new install is successful, go to Add / Remove and you should be able to un-install it then.

it is very normal that keeps trying to finish with the download, has a task to do.
You should definitely download the program, how can you delete it when it is not even there?
It is not registered 'cause it stills in the "air"

It is clear that your computer have that program' corrupt registry key cause pop up,slow,,and etc...
The only way is to clean computer registry...

A restart should fix that problem...

Then you can worry about removing it, if its still there.
