There are still some Russian builders, Antonov, Ilyushin and Tupolev, but I don't know that they are making much of an impact on the world market.

The Brazilian firm Embraer is building quite a few aircraft, mostly smaller commuter aircraft. There are a couple of European builders, notably from Germany and France that are building commuter aircraft. The Canadian company Bombardier has built both commuter and business aircraft.

Nearly all successful aircraft designs are very international. Airbus aircraft contain a lot of American components and Boeing subcontracts its aircraft components worldwide.

Look for some Chinese penetration into the market. They will begin by building Boeing aircraft under license and will probably eventually expand into some designs of their own, and I would expect those to be smaller aircraft at least at first.
