find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.

8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

13 year olds typically go over 100 pounds that does not mean you are fat. I don't know how tall you are but when my daughter was 13 she was 5 foot 6 and weighed 126 pounds. She had a beautiful figure. She was horrified that she weighed over a 100 pounds She too wanted to lose weight. I told her to go running. She could eat as much as she wanted but running made her healthy. Also I encourage you to eat plenty of fresh veggies, fruit, breads and a little bit of meat. You will grow into a very healthy beautiful person. Do not worry. Just stay away from the junk food.

How tall are you? 100 lbs is nothing if you're 5'9"!!! Look up a height/weight chart online. But that's not really that accurate either. It all is based on your BMI-body mass index. But it'll give you a rough idea of what you should weigh. Plus, you have to remember too, you're still going to grow, and will until about 16.
The best way to lose weight, is to exercise and lower the amount of calories you eat. But still eat healthy-fruits/veggies, cut out the junk foods. Drink lots of water, 8 full glasses per day. Cut out pop/soda-even diet. Just not good for you. And don't be fanatical about it, like I said, you're still growing. Don't want to end up anorexic or bulimic, you'll mess your body all up then. Just be smart about it :)

Mattie,
Age and weight aren't enough to go by. You have to figure in how tall you are and your body's frame-size as well.
If you still feel you need to lose a few pounds, start by getting more exercise / activity, eat healthier foods and watch your portions at meal time. Also talk to your doctor next time you're in for an appointment.
At your age you should NEVER use diet pills or laxatives to lose weight.

How tall are you? If you are five feet or taller, you are fine. You're probably fine if you're 4'10". Don't starve yourself. Get enough exercise and eat well so that you have strong bones for the rest of your life. That is really important. Walk, run, bike. swim; find what you love to do and do it. Don't starve yourself or get a problem with food. Learn what your body needs to be strong and healthy.
You aren't a little kid anymore. Weighing 80 is dangerous at your age.

Take a 30 minute power walk daily. It's good for your heart and your health, along with your waist line. I was heavy at 13 and thankfully had a growth spurt that helped to proportion me a little better when I turned 14.
Also, fruits and vegetables. Sounds redundant, but they really do work!

Don't worry about it. I weighed 150 when I was 13 and was by no means fat.
