One of these (http://www.amazon.com/Innovage-Outdoor-Sports-Digital-Camera/dp/B0009RWK7K) would be great if it had higher MPs, a flash, and didn't drain batteries in 5 minutes. I don't even need a picture viewer if it helps the price or size. Do you know the dimensions?

I bought one of those for my kids. . .save your money.
Try TigerDirect.com I have bought several cameras from them and they have excellent prices. I also recently bought one from AbesofMain.com and I regularly browse www.keh.com, too.

That link you posted isn't working. Here it is again for other answerers:

For $15 that's a great deal. The camera is complete crap, but it's a good price.
When you say you want more MP and a flash... and you'd probably like a camera that doesn't destroy your pictures when the battery runs out (at high speed), you're describing a camera that costs a LOT more.
For under $20, it's either this or 2 disposable film cameras. I'd get the film cameras. Either that or I'd make due with a phone-camera. Proper digital cameras are +$100.
