what are great tasting snacks that are under 100 or 80 calories thanks..

most fruits and veggies aren't underneath that limit, but they're great for a diet. Also try those 100 calorie packs from Nabisco.

I like chocolate so I eat sugar free jello pudding made with 'Skim Rich' milk. There are a lot of different flavors but that way I satisfy my hunger for chocolate and have a tasty snack. Also, sugar free hard candy is good especially if you work at a desk or when watching TV. Have a bowl of them on hand. Not a lot out there. Good Luck on the dieting. I know it isn't easy.

almonds
peanutbutter
odwalla bars
peaches
bananas
carrotts
apples
I love these snacks! They are filling, healthy and are my favorite foods! Yum!
P.S. be caseful about 100 calorie packs! they are high in sodium and may contain hydroginated oils and high fructose corn syrup. just because it is 100 calories doesnt mean it is good for you. Just think about that when choosing your snacks :)

A 1/4 cup of peanuts is about 160 calories, but is the best for killing hunger.

hostess had come out with 100 calorie packs that are really good the have it in choclate cake and carrot cake also the keebler sandies cookies also come in a 100 calorie packs.

personally I prefer protein/fat based snacks as to not disrupt resting insulin levels between meals. a small serving of nuts or cheese would give you 100 cals
