How about "Statues"? Not the game, the idea that they give peeps a statue of a thing (grammies, oscars) that is the honor for work well done. (Appartently they like those things and put them on shelves in their living rooms. Some peeps even build extra rooms for the awards, I am told. Prideful and over paid I think)
